Hotel Regulations
Check-in: on the day of arrival from 7.30 am onwards, rooms will be available at 1.30 pm
Check-out: rooms must be vacated no later than 09.30 am.
Full board treatment starts with lunch on the day of arrival and necessarily ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
The deposit to confirm the booking is 30% of the total cost
Unconsumed meals will not be deducted.
The parking and beach service will no longer be available once the room is vacated. To continue using these services, please make arrangements with the reception.

Cancellation Policies
In case of cancellation of the booking 15 days before your arrival, no penalty will be applied.
After this deadline, 50% of the reservation amount will be retained.
In case of early departure, the customer is required to pay the full amount of the reservation.
In case of late arrival, the customer is required to pay the full amount of the reservation.
In case of a no-show: the customer is required to pay the full amount of the reservation.
